i am most thankful that no matter how many times we get angry, or annoyed, or jealous, we always walk away stronger friends than we were. i’m always going to be by your side, and i’ll always tell you to shut up because you’re the prettiest girl i’ve ever known. i thought it the first day of school, 2003…and i still think it today. beautiful girl, they’re all the same. we’ll never be alone because we’ll always have each other. you’re my best friend, my sister, and my soul mate. and i swear to jayhov that’s the one thing that will never change.

That was one of my first tumblr posts. And over a year later it’s even more true. This past year has been a roller coaster for us, and all though there were times that we weren’t as close anymore, I know that I was never alone. Some people think they’re lucky bc they have a boyfriend, or that they’re dating their best friend… But my best friend…. Is my best friend. No bullshit, no backstabbing, no lies. I’ve realized more in the past few months that there is not one person I need more than Tia Quinn. She knows all my secrets, my faults, my regrets, and how lame I really am and she is still my biggest fan. She’s the one person that keeps me believing that there really is such a thing as “forever” and that some people do actually have a genuine, good heart. Truth is, I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for her. So, as far as I’m concerned everyone can keep their fake friendships and their empty promises…bc I found the one person that will never leave my side nine years ago. So everyone else can beat it bc I don’t like you nor trust you. ;)
